All of the cover charges are for camera-ready keylines and separations supplied. All type and keyline work will be billed at $70 per hour and separations will be billed at cost. Miscellaneous Charges for all titles: State sales tax does apply to the calendar cost. Delivery charges will be applied. UPS is our carrier of choice. Custom-sized envelopes are available at $.35 each. We will provide color separations if desired and bill at cost. Halftones are charged at $20 each.
